Use 5-8 grams of tea per teapot. This tea can be infused up to 8-10 times. Infusion time: 30 seconds for first infusion, add a little more time with each subsequent infusion (up to 3-4 minutes). Water temperature should be about 80°C for green and white tea, 90°C for oolong tea, 100°C for black tea. If you are trying the new tea for the first time, please ensure proper brewing to avoid disappointment. Most of these teas (except black) will turn bitter if they are infused with boiling water. Steeping tea for too long is also not a good idea (although you may try to dilute the tea with water if it’s too strong).
